What is the validity period of a deed and how can it be quashed

a deed was made between me and my sister in law in 2013..please advise how long it remains valid and how to quash or make it void.

For the query you posted, I would advice the following;

A deed per se does not have any limitation period unless specifically mentioned in the same. Hence it depends upon the document you have executed, as to whether it shall stand or not.

And there are certain ways of making it void which can be discussed on the nature of deed executed.

Hi in your case, need to know what type of deed you are talking about, as duration is have to be mentioned in deed itself.

In the normal sense it remains till someone is challenging the same. Required some more details for accurate guidance.
