One acase goes to due course than than case came in hearing this system a hearing cases come in year .old case came first minimum 10 to 15 year number came in hearing on court .court in hearing day fixed Tuesday or Thursday for only hearing cases heard by court.

There is no time limit prescribed in civil law to decide it any frame time. In high court civil first appeals are being decided on the basis of the year of the appeal. If there is any extra ordinary circumstances than an application for early hearing may be filed to get it decided out of turn.

there is no limitation has been prescribed in the law for disposed of any matter which is pending in the High court. I think your case has already been admitted and on these days supreme court and High courts are trying to hear all the matters as earliest and disposed of for justice. You are free to file an application with praying to early listing with your best ground .

There is no time limit for disposal of appeal. Since it is in due course it will come up for hearing in due course as per its turn. However, if you wish that it should be taken up earliest, you may file an application for early hearing of the appeal narrating reasons requiring hearing of this appeal out of turn on urgent basis. Normally such early hearing applications are allowed by the High Court.
