What is the punishment if caught without proper permit

12-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
I hold a sedan car running in uber. But my offer letter is obtained by showing requirement of a limited company and so the permit is to run my vehicle only under that company. Now if I get caught as my vehicle is running for uber, what will be maximum punishment and how can I make it legal.

You need to change the ownership in your name by making an application with the Motor Vehicles department from where your car was being registered and moreso you need to site the reason for such act on your part. This needs more consultation.

MY OPINION THAT if your car caught ,there would be several punishment / punishments as law /laws can be established against the violation of laws and the effect of punishment /punishments are very dangerous by legal nature,so immediate precaution can be required, contact with me.
