What is the procedure for challenging a will

Can a son challenge the will written by his father favouring a non-family member regarding the fathers self earned property, either before OR after the father's demise ? we are christians.

Yes, you can challenge the will if the maker of the will was not of sound mind or it was made by fraud and other grounds. You can aproacj the lawyer with relevant documents in the same.

Will comes into existence only after the demise of the executor of the will... The will of the father comes into force only after his life. it can be challenged only at that time.

The father has every right to change his will before his demise .
