What is the legality of consensual sex

any unmarried / married girl and boy want to sex to each other with both consent. What is it's legality in Indian law. After some time from any reason, when girl told that her consent was not taken by boy, if boy proofed that her consent was taken by him. In case what is legality? If girls doing sex with boy and boy give money or other things with his desire (not paid for sex) but later if proofed that money is paid for sex. In case what is legality?
IF ANY UNMARRIED ADULT GIRL HAVING SEX WITH ADULT BOY WITH CONSENT OF EACH OTHER THEN THERE IS NO ISSUE IN INDIAN LAW, BUT MARRIED WOMEN HAVING SEX WITH BOY THEN IT COMES UNDER THE DEFINITION OF ADULTERY AND THE SAME IS PUNISHABLE UNDER INDIAN PENAL CODE.
IF HAVING SEX WITH CONSENT AND BOTH PARTIES ARE ADULT (GIRL 18 YEAR & BOY 21 YEAR) THEN IN THAT CASE THERE IS NO ISSUE IN INDIAN LAW.
BUT GENERALLY GIRLS CLAIMS THAT WITH AN ASSURANCE OF MARRIAGE BOY SEXUALLY EXPLOITED THE GIRL AND AFTER SEX BOY DENY TO MARRY WITH THE GIRL.
IF SEX IS WITH CONSENT THEN NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND SAME IS NOT EASY TO PROOF BEFORE THE COURT BY THE GIRL THAT SEX WAS FORCEFULLY.

As per any sex relation between a boy and girl is legal if there is consent between them and both are major not minor.As per to paid sex it to be seen as that also include consent and both are minor .

One can have sex with due consent if you can proof that sex was made with each other consent then there is no need to be worried
If the girl says that she was raped then only you can have problem other wise need not be worried.....
