Hi
Legally the second wife and their children are eligible to get the share of their father's property.
Any document that states that tsecond wife's children or his wife have no authority has to be proven in the court.
the only cause of concern is the wording 1975. Was it the date of document or date of your father's marriage with your mother?

Yes you can file suit for partition whether legitimate or illegitimate child 1st wife or 2nd wife all are having equal rights over father's property.. it is applicable if there is no will written by father..
