Dear friend, you are not mentioned that How many person are in your family. If now you are an unmarried daughter with no brother & sister and your mother not alive then you have right to take your father's Job. If your mother alive then first she has right to take your deceased father job. In case all family members in blood relationship of deceased person gives the NOC for applicant (should be in also blood relationship) can got Job in place of deceased person.
