What are the consequences of violating a deed

I registered a deed of settlement with my brother now he has forcefully closed a door under stare which is common as condition of deed .li has become problem for taking meter reading , entrance of labor to repair water pumps. E.t.c Iwould like to know that Is it possible for my brother to do the illegal encroachment by the support of notarized document in case of immovable property?By which he is acting the activities,Is there any other legal provisions for to ignore registered settlement deed? Plz Advise me.

you can file suit against brother for permanent injunction for restraining his illegal acts. You hae to file title suit before Munsif court or Senior divison depending on the valuation of suit property. Apart from that you can also file proceedings u/s.144 cr.p.c againstyour brother.

You will have to file a Title Suit. You may seek partition during such suit as well. the reliefs you seek for can only be granted by a civil court during adjudicating on declaratory reliefs. For such a Title Suit is absolutely necessary.

MY OPINION THAT i am read out your fact , i understand that your that deed is registered and so it is a valid legal documents, but your brother making illegal acting presently , according your version , but any illegal work which is barred by settlement of deed is a violation of settlement of deed,contact with me.
