what are legal remedy against schools not responding properly?

Hello, the kindergarten kids are compelled to stay at schools from 8.30-3.30,whereas there's no such rules from educational dept from government. parents are not even allowed at school main gates n the schools aren't answering properly
You can file a complaint against them with the concerned education board in case there is no action taken against them then you can file a PIL for the benefit of the kids stating the problems and why such practice should not continue and if the court feels its right may pass appropriate orders
