What action should I take against nuisance created by neighbours

Sir i am staying in colony so opposite my home putting mutton to sale footpath so the customers are parking the vehicle and chairs front of my home as well as my gate many times we told to them but they are continuing the because they are 5 brothers elder one govt department 2nd one Reporter 3rd one 4yrs back went to jail ATM money theft case so the doing very mass so what should we do even police also not doing any thing, they are telling you are both will get adjustment but we unable to get control those torch er please give me the advise what should we do please sir (they kept on 2nd October(Gandhi jayanthi)
