What action do I take against false promise of marriage by boyfriend

How can I get my boyfriend punished for fooling me and making false promises. Plus speaking bad words and also not marrying me. I want to get him punished for everything and also want to teach him a lesson for the same
You first have not trust such person who is not at all having respect to the emotions of girls.
