want to know the procedure of appeal?

dear sir my court execution is completed all property happen on my name (7/12) but opposition party do the appeal to the prant. why Can be change the result ?
An appeal can be made before the Appellate authority as per law. And they can also bring stay on the lower court's order. But if the appellate authority also confirmed the lower court's decision then it will be in your favour only. Let them file an Appeal you can contest by taking support of lower courts order.
