Village covered the lake and waste water is depositing on roads

there is village And they have coveredl the land of talab, where waste water of village used to go. by which greenry of village is spoiled and all the waste water of village is gathering on thr roads by which childrens are geeting affected they got various type of diseases by that and they are not able to go to their schools if they want to go then they have to pass from that dirty water. and it comes in ghaziabad developement authority and they knows the pathetic condition of village but not taking any action. where i have to complaint,
The law is very clear on the point that land of ponds, etc cannot be encroached by any body. There are many decisions of the Allahabad High Court as well as Supreme Court which have specifically directed the municipal authorities to remove the encroachments and preserve the ponds, etc. Your grievance will come under Public Interest Litigation so you can file a PIL in the Allahabad High Court to get the required relief after making a representation to the municipal authorities.

Dear Sir you can approach to SDM of your area under Crpc. 133 as the matter is relating to public property with material facts disclosed in the application. You can also file a suit against the involved people under civiil for eviction of the concerned and also same time file FIR against them stating for mischief u/sIPC 431.
