UNSECURED LOAN GIVEN IN 2013

I HAD GIVEN 9 LACS AS UNSECURED LOANS IN 2013. NOW NOT RETURNING. I HAD ONLY CONFIRMATION OF LOAN SIGNED BY HIM AS A PROOF. NOW I WANT TO REVERSE MY ENTRY IN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS BUT HE IS REFUSING. NOW WHAT TO DO?
You were to recover within 3 years from the date of confirmation. However, if you any other material like any letter, email or whatsup etc. in which there is mention of this loan, then the limitation of filing case within 3 years will get extended from that date. In such a case, you will be able to recover the loan amount with interest.
