Unnecessary dirt caused due to tree leaves planted by neighbours

We have a bungalow where we have lot of big trees planted within our plot boundary . The leaves form these trees very often fall into the boundary of neighboring house . Are we liable to clean up such leaves falling from trees planted within our boundary ? What is the requirement by law in this case

You are actually not liable to clean or do something like that. Trees are part of nature, whether you plant or its naturally grown, no question of any1 being liable to clean the leaves. For more details call me on my number.

There is remedy available under tort law and also if there is nuisance caused by the branches of tree then you have to give legal notice to the owner of tree if he neglect then you can file suit as well as criminal complaint

It is not at all your liability to clean leaves having fallen from trees on your plot. No law cast any such responsibility or liability upon you. As no civil or criminal liability is fastened on you by law due to falling leaves, you need not worry.
