Took admission in one college and fee deposit to another college

Sir in one of engineering college I deposited 55000 by govt counseling in 2015 I start my counselling from my home town kota by emitra charges. And I alloted clg in jpr ,i was alloted 3 no clg but they deposit my fee in 1 no clg and there is mixing of faculty and bcoz of it i unable to see my original clg and i taken my original documents at time but clg make us cheat they said for fee come after ward and when we go they said you are not come on time but we said that we taken original documents at 5 sep2015,at that day there is adm process and i am taken admission in other clg i have receipts

your college or let us say that college has done gross wrong by refusing you to pay back your fee and if you have not been given admission and it is a mistake either of e mitra vendor or of any college management / administration , they are liable to pay you back. contact with all documents .

The best remedy in law u have is to assail their action before consumer forum. U should first givr a legal notice to the college administration and then persue ur case claiming all amount due and compennsation also.
