As I understand it would first appeal against the judgement of first court. If your appeal has been dismissed that means court has not accepted your case. Now you have option to prefer second regular appeal against the judgement and order of the District court within the period of 90 days.

You can file appeal against the order and it means at the trail court your case stands dismissed. Yes you can appeal in session court and the time limit is of 30 days.If you want to go for high court then the time limit would be 60 days.
