Threats & nuisance by neighbors

Hi am a resident in a building which is quiet old(about 40 yrs), the pillars especially have cracks. The neighbor's i have are very illiterate & uncultured, they already have 3 kids who play rampantly during wee hours & when i tried stopping them they called their friends kids also & started making double more thumping & noice & started openly challenging me & said hum gaali nahi denge seedha kaat daalenge. What do u advice?
If the members of your building have formed a co-operative housing society, then it is advisable to draw the attention of the Hon. Secretary. Secondly, you may lodge a complaint with the local Police Station for causing nuisance and also threatening (criminal intimidation).
