This property of my grand father (Nana ji) Someone illegal captured

The property has not transferred of my mama ji Named. and someone Gave some money on 5% interest rate and They are forced for sing on all paper.
You need to clarify as to who is in the possession of the land and who is the owner of the land etc. Also, as the signature of your uncle were taken by force then, you can file a civil suit. For further help, please clarify your problem in detail.

Your question is too cryptic to understand your problem. What I understand is that after the death of your nana Ji, the property has not been transferred in the name of your Mama Ji. Someone, who gave loan to your mamaJi is trying to get signs of your Mama Ji. If this is the fact, then you can file a criminal complaint against those persons for forcing you or your mamaji to sign any documents.

what is the purpose to get money from someone @5%.Give the full details of the case. If you have get money on behalf of your property in written then you have bounded to sign the paper. If the property of your grand father(nana ji) has illegally captured by someone then first of all you will give reasons in details.
