Terminated from job without any cause, not given chance of being heard

Thrown out of job of Lecturer after 4 years of continuous service without affording any opportunity of being heard and I am represented as a regular faculty of gov polytechnic to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in AICTE web portal since 2014 by the college I was selected by a duly constituted Selection Committee by following the procedure of issuing advertisement and inviting the applications from all the eligible candidates. the appointment was on contract basis and contract was renewed every year. there is a post vacant. Isnt it unlawful to terminate me from the job and immaterial to represent me in aicte as regular what shall be my response for regularisation please suggest.

You have to first and foremost issue a legal notice to the company for illegally terminating your services, seek for unpaid salary and other benefits due from the company, give the company 7 days to reply if they do not, then file a dispute with the labour court seeking all your arrears, compensation and unpaid dues from the company in this petition.
