taking maintaince with proper society

I have asked my apartment people to make our society register but none of them r agree there r two wings taking charges as per their wish different people in our apartment.recently our neighbour without permission damaged my water proofing for some work n after requesting he didn't repair it.my another neighbor construct gate in our common door making it impossible to make our safe door.some people have done encroachments in ground floor of common place at back of every apartment.plz help me I am staying in Nagpur.
You can file a civil suit in the jurisdictional civil court enforcing your easementary rights over your property. Also, You can ask the builder of the apartment to form a society/housing society for the said premises.
