If your builder is not completing the project as per the time schedule you may sue him for compensation for undue delay. This is done before the Consumer redressal forum. It is not viable to get a stay on other such projects floated by the builder.

The builder is free to do any number of projects. So, seeking order of injunction to forbear him from taking up new projects may not be correct step to redress your grievance. Your intention is to make him comply with the contract with you. You can go in for consumer complaint.
