Dear sir,
Primarily you have two queries:
1. How to get relief.
2. How to continue playing your sport.

For your first query, I would recommend you to be vigilant as a client and it's obviously very much possible to bring your case to a logical conclusion by a skilled and professional approach. We at Basil law provide such services and guarantee results.
I can't comment on your current legal counsel but for our firm we provide excellent and expedicious results.

For your second query, I would recommend a meeting in person, as only after going through your case documents, papers and hearing your story, we can chart a better and correct course of action which does not waste your time.

You can get my contact information from lawrato.

With warm regards

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Since an O.A. in respect of the subject-matter issue is already pending before the Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi, you would be unable to file another Application or Petition in respect of the same.

At the same time, if the delay being caused isn't owing to a fault by you/your lawyer, you could approach the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi by way of a Writ Petition and seek appropriate directions.

Also, it would be advisable to review the contents of your O.A. and the reliefs sought therein, to check whether such reliefs meet your expectations or not. Otherwise, it would further be advisable to withdraw the O.A. with liberty and approach afresh, including the reliefs being sought at present.

Regards,
