Shopkeeper filed a false case what can we do.

I have my home in market place and their is we are making shopes and home too.old shopkeeper done case case on us and they are putting wrong issue on us. They are saying that we had promised them to give shop but it is completely wrong.what we should do do pls give any way?
has the case been filed against you. at what stage the matter is going on and what case has been filed against you. You are silent on all these aspects. if the case has been filed then you need to fight the case by appointing a lawyer.
