Seller not giving NOC for the car i bought from him

4wheel purchase kri thi koi likha pdhi nhi hai or seller Noc nhi de ra hai to kya krna chaiye koi upay

Fake that the car is involved in an incident & that a FIR would be lodged in the name of the person holding the RC Book. And in case, NOC isn't arranged soon, he would be booked in a case.

because legally it would be difficult to prove as you have no document regarding the said transaction.
