Selected as UP police constable but have previous criminal history

I AM GOT SELECTED IN UP POLICE CONSTABLE RECRUITMENT 2013 DM doesn't VERYFY MY CHARACTER DUE TO TO A CRIMINAL CASE IS PENDING ON ME CRIME NO.1027/13 UNDER SECTION 147/148/149/307/452/323/504 AND 506 IPC ALONG WITH 13 OTHER PERSONS WHEN HE WAS DIRECTED TO VERIFY MY CHARACTER BY HIGH COURT OF ALLAHABAD'S LUCKNOW BENCH. NOW WHAT I WILL DO?
Since there is already a direction of the Hon'ble Lko High Court directing the DM to verify your character, he is bound to comply with the Court's order. Thus, if he has failed to comply timely with the said order, you should move a contempt peition against the DM.
