Second appeal rejected at admission stage, what should I do ?

05-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir. Filed civil suit in civil court related to service matter. Matter was undisputed.Bank filed no written statement, lead no evidences and even did not denied any of my averments. There are 16 incidences of violation of natural justice and service rule. Lower court did not replied any of the averments and dismiseed the suit. First appeal was mainly based on the single ground that the lower court has not consider my written submission but appeal court had also avoided answering any of my written submissions and dismiss appeal Second appeal 14 substantial questions of laws were formulated still court ruled that there is no substantial question of law but repeatedly abstained from answering our SQL which were formulated. very important question was 1)When the matter is undisputed and averments are admitted by the defendant should the court draw decree in favor of plaintiff? 2) Should court refer all contentions shown in the affidavit, written statement before dismising the suit

the case is dismissed on admission stage only when the court feels that the matter is not sustainable in the eyes of law. you challenged the matter in the appellate court and against its dismissal shows that the court is not pleased with your submissions and arguments on it. We would like to see the orders of both the courts before commenting further.

You may be Wright but send the suit details and judgment copy then only we can move ahead, because without knowing the suit and the judgement details I am unable to reply on the matter. If possible send the appeal copy too

question formulated by you do not appear to be substantial question of law as required u/s.100. still you may approach the hon'ble supreme court since your case remained undefended. supreme court can allow or remand back the matter if you have a good case on merits
