Hi
You can file cases against the accused under Scheduled Castes (SCs) and the Scheduled Tribes (STs) Prevention of Atrocities (PoA) Act, if the accused are non -sc/st.

Also since offences under this act are tried under special courts, you may either approach the police and if police refuse to accept your complaint, you can approach the special courts directly.

You can file a complaint with Police under “THE SCHEDULED CASTES AND THE SCHEDULED TRIBES (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT, 1989”. Explain them the atrocities poured on you, the law enforcement will apply the relevant Sections based on your story. Good Luck
