Rights of daughter in fathers property

motherinlaw left will by giving more share to my sisterinlaw kids. I have single daughter she is major now but will was done when my husband had died( after 3months).i have remarried .Husband died on 1999 i married on 2009.My daughter will get her father property. We belongs to Hindu

Yes you have the right over property share as per our Supreme Court judgement so file suit for partition and get your share. U have the right meet an advocate with all documents and discuss later file it.

First we need to see whether the mother in law share was ancestral property or self acquired property. If its ancestral property the deceased husband wife should get equal share as same as sister in law who has received. If its self acquired property mother in law can give property to anyone.

Madam, if the property is a ancester property then ur husband's right will arise, if the property is self earned by ur mother in law/ father in law then they ur husband will have no right, but ur daughter will have right, u can challenge the will in the court of law.

Yes,as per law your daughter will get her father property,The Married daughter have equal right in the parental property after the advent of amendment in Hindu Succession Act 1956, that came into force since 9th sept 2005.
