Restriction order from court

i was accused of sending a msg to my enemy, however i lost the sim earlier and probably found by the enemy and misused it. I did not go for any lawyer and told the actual story to the police man. i got bailed from court of around 300rs. judge asked me whether i sent him msg or not, i told him that my mobile was misplaced/lost. Nobody gave me further date or any paper. police told me that you are Paband for 6months not to send enemy any msg or fight. Now what to do? is there any case pending on me? do i need to hire a lawyer? is there possibility that enemy would trail on me in court?
