Restricting way to a public park by society what action to take

There are 2 societies across the road and a DDA park for general which is built inside one of the society and thus accessible to the people if they go through that society. Recently they have closed the gate (shortest way) for the people of other society and were asked to go through another gate which is far and inconvenient. This is violation of article 19. What possibly can be done.
From the limited facts provided it can be said that a case for Article 19 violation is not made out. A similar issue had come up in Supreme Court by which court had to decide if a project should be allowed to continue if the result of it is to increase the travel time of commuters three fold and the Court refused.

you have right to access the public park if other society people restrain you from access the park or block your road this is a criminal offence and punishable under IPC you can file a criminal complaint against that people who involve them selves
