It is very difficult to answer the question without knowing what is the notice of civil suit which you have been served with. You have to file you written statement alongwith any documentary evidence that is alongwith you. Kindly contact a lawyer as soon as possible for better knowledge regarding the case that has been filed against you.

You will have to file a written statement within 30 days against the claim and/or an application for rejection of plaint if the grounds are made out. The grounds to put in the WS can only be suggested after looking at your file. Yes, you can also put in a counter claim.
