We have been served court notice whereby plaintiff has mentioned several cause of action. How to defend the same. What important points to mention in the written statement. Can we mention our own cause of action and counter claim. Please guide.

It is very difficult to answer the question without knowing what is the notice of civil suit which you have been served with. You have to file you written statement alongwith any documentary evidence that is alongwith you.
