Rent agreement and stamp

Facts-
a) Both of the parties want to enter into rent agreement.
b) Both reside in Gujarat.
c) Subject matter of contract i.e. property lies in Rajasthan.
Query-
a) Can the Contract be done on the stamp paper of Gujarat?
b) If it can not be in Gujarat, whether any exception lies to execute the same at Gujarat.
You are entering in an agreement n are not actually transferring any property . so you can prepare the rent agreement in Gujarat n can notrise it there also n it is immaterial where ever property is situated . so do it from Gujarat n mention the property is in Rajasthan .

Both the parties are residing in Gujarat ,why the second part is taking this property for rent and if u want to make an agreement it is possible to make an agreement in Gujarat and it can be notarized in Gujarat and in Rajasthan also .
