Religious argument between Hindu and Muslim

Sir , A person was constantly threatning me that he will rape my sister and mother as we are hindu and was provoking me and in heat of moment i just said i will kick him shoe . Now he is asking for money otherwise he will file a complaint under section 151 i m totally blank as he was abusing my religion too nd i m a goverment servant pls say what should i do in worst case !!
