MY mother is a Principal In Semi-Aided Inter College of Budaun Affiliated to UP Board. She was appointed in 8.8.88 as an ad-hoc teacher. Then she was regularised in 1997 by DDR Bareilly. She obtained a stay order against a notice in 1991 wrongly given to her. That stay was separated from her service by Allahbad High court in order 10.3.2016.Still she is not being taken in By the college Even after JDE bareilly gave the order to DIOS budaun.Manager went illegal for personal gains and did all this. She is severely depressed and broken mentally and socially.I am afraid if not heard properly she might be developing suicidal thoughts in the future. How do I help her to get justice against a crime she didn't even commit?...

Hello,

If the order has been passed in your favour by the Hon'ble High Court and is not being implemented by the authorities you can file a contempt petition in the same court so that the order is complied with and justice is ensured.

Either it is aided or non aided. There is nothing like semi aided. You have not stated about what kind of notice it was. Kindly give details of the matter in which High Court passed orders. Whether matter still sub judice before high court.
