have you challenged that Will in any court of India, if challenged then it must be proved by Evidence Act, if one attesting witness died then another attesting witness have to depose in case to prove the genuineness of Will. this procedure will be adopted in probate of Will.but if you have challenged the WILL then you have to prove it forged and fabricated, its all depend upon your cross examinations of witness.

Paid or not, witness is witness unless proved that his version is incorrect, unreliable, etc etc.

Where primary evidence is not available, secondary evidence can be produced. Registered will is not required to be proved. Unable to understand your question.

Your Will is a registered Will. Registered Will never becomes invalid as it is done by the concerned Tehsildar in the capacity of S.D.M . Death of a witness is a natural process. Registered Will can also be verified from the revenue records of Tehsil Office. So no need to worry about the validity of Will. You can get all the properties transferred on the basis of Registered Will if the same is not challenged by any person having another Will registered or unregistered executed after the date of Registered Will. Last Will is having the maximum right in the court of law.

If you are able to shake the testimony of the witnesses, then you may expect verdict of the court in your favour. Please let me know the stage of the case at present. There are so many parameters which are seen by Court while deciding a case in hands.
