Hi there,
Pls share with me th copy of the bond. There is a possibility of payment of some amount to get rid of it. You have not mentioned the conditions in detail. Its only 3 months remaining, pls ask the tamilnadu board for extension of joing time. Feel free to call/mail me.

The facts disclosed reveals that you are taking up employment in public Health Service, though in a different State. As such, the Bond condition be relaxed. You may request to this effect; and if no positive response, seek appropriate judicial/ quasi-judicial remedies.

They cannot withhold NOC or relieving letter. But you are bound to perform the bond condition,if it is reasonable.Definitely ,there will be clause regarding penalty, if candidates resign before bond period.

if they are not agree , we can move before the high court to get a order.

No possibility is available. one year obligation service

Students who secured admission under State Quota and All India Quota in Government Medical Colleges are studying at the expense of public
exchequer. Government are spending huge sums of public money for the
education of all these students irrespective of whether they took admission under
State Quota or All India Quota. As per the existing rules All India Quota students
are also bound to do Compulsory Government Service as part of bonded service
obligation. In the above circumstances, Government had ordered that all students
who have signed bond at the time of joining the courses shall serve the
Government for a prescribed period after the completion of the course if the
Government requires so.

The candidates selected for PG Degree and Diploma courses will have to execute two bonds in stamped paper of the total value of Rs.100/- of Kerala stamp paper each at the time of joining the course to the effect that:
(a) He / she shall not discontinue the P.G course that has been allotted to him/her after the Spot allotment Process is completed.
(b) In the case of Service Quota Candidates, he / she shall serve the Government for a period of 10 years or up to superannuation, whichever is earlier, after the completion of the course. Service candidates who get admission under service quota and have not completed the period of probation as on the day before the date of admission will have to serve the Government for an additional period of 2 years.
(c) All the General merit candidates including AIQ candidates admitted to Medical Postgraduate Courses shall serve the Government of Kerala in Medical Education Services as Senior Resident as decided by the DME/Principals of Colleges for a continues period of not less than one year immediately after the completion of the course. Without break. Terms and conditions including remuneration will be decided by the Government of Kerala.

The certificates which are to be submitted in the colleges at the time of admission will be released only after the completion of compulsory bonded service or in the case of bond violation, the liquidated damages are paid.
