Regarding my degree recognition

I had enrolled in smude in 2011 and passed out 2016 . I want to continue my education and found out that its not longer valid no universities accepting it. Looking through the net I found that Supreme court and sikkim high court had given verdict on the validity of degree od SMU students and found that my degree becomes valid according to the verdict kindly help

See, if you see that Supreme Court have given Certificate of Validity of Degree from SMU, then I don't know why University can't accept such degree. I think please you cheak the Judgment first and then it compare with your Certificate. If the Judgment support your Degree, then No University have any right to reject the same. Then your duty is to clarify it by issuing RTI against such University regarding your Certificate. and I think you will receive the answer from the University concern.
