regarding misuse of our road by private college without postal address

Our street is end end and after that there is a compund for private college. They have three ways already and now they are trying to enter to there college through this way. ( they dont have postal address in this way and also in sketch they dont have way). Duee to this there college buses, cars , bikes & auto coming in our dead end road very rashly. lot of students, there lovers and unknown persons are standing in our house gates. doing nusance. We are not able to go out peacefully. before two years we compliented in CM cell and closed the way. now they started again. shall we go for writ?

Instead of filing writ you can seek direction from High Court to direct the respective authority to take action to close the gate permanently.

U can definitely go for writ it would be the best option available to you because ur case has merit so plz for writ make sure that when u go for writ u make all the parties as respondent and once it's done u can proceed for get the order make sure that u prove that the way is misused by the respondent u will succesed

You can make a private complaint regarding the public nuisance caused by the activities of this private college before your jurisdictional magistrate. Under section 133 the Judicial magistrate is empowered to remove any public nuisance.
