Regarding Dust and noise pollution due to fire wood sales

hello sir im ghouse in my colony my neighbour sales fire wood in heavy and he employs a carpenter while he is doing work heavy dust is spreading throughout the homes and also getting noise when i complain to local municipality they are giving bribe to them also in my colony no one is coming forward for raising complaint against them so for complaining about them where i have to proceed please give me complete solution in detail im from warangal
The authorities won't permit such pollution causing work shops/ factories/ machines in a residential Colony. The residents of the Colony have right to pollution free atmosphere. If the municipal officers not heed your representation or if not respond against your complaint, you are at liberty to file a PIL *(PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION) against the management and also the authorities.
