Regarding admission to md ms admission. How to proceed ?

Sir we are medical students .of Punjab.. our admission into MDMs course done through physical counseling on 13.4.2017.. admission procedure is complete .. session has started in some colleges too.. only second counselling is pending... In first counseling in-service candidates of Punjab are given incentive marks.. There are some rmos .. govt doesn't consider them in-service pcms candidates because they have not cleared the pcms entrance test what other in-service candidates have cleared.. Now on 26.4.2017 two judges of high court have thier verdict on rmos case vs state of Punjab..judges said that rmos should be given marks and equally treated as pcms.. Judges also said in verdict recast merit list..but nothing has been mentioned about recounselling.. Sir we are freshers not in-service candidates . we don't want first counseling to be cancelled ..we want govt either give rmos benefit in second counselling or nothing.plz.plvice us wat r d chances of recounselling?n how to stop it

In this case , you need to locate the valid points of contradiction in the earlier judgement of Hon'ble High Court. To stop cancellation of earlier counselling , all of you need to file a review petition in the High Court with valid points, which need serious study of the earlier judgement and reading of lot of judgement before going for review. This much time consumption can be done by your counsel to whom you have engaged for this.
