Questions wrong in examination conducted by Government of India

I appeared for CGL 2016 examination conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for recruitment in government offices. After appearing I found that the 4 questions were wrong and SSC is not willing to accept. I want to file the case against SSC because these 4 questions (8 marks) will make a huge difference in results. Is there any possibility? Where will this case be taken to High Court or CAT?
