Punished in school for drinking water without permission.
10-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I was punished by another Dept.'s head for drinking water from my bottle in the classroom without teacher's permission. This is as insane as it could be but it has put me in mental distress since 3 days. Is there a way i could sue them.
as per right to education act no punished to be given to the student. you must to sue against your teacher. but to get proper suggestion it be mention your state and your age , if you below 18 yr you cant sue with out help of your parents

U can complain to the police station against the school and the principal as for all the schools the rules are the same and if the school is toturing or beating than that school license is suspended or fine its against the government rule.
