My father complex 6, we 3boys +3 girls married, i am the last son, I put a shop corner from 7 years, present asking me extra money for giving complex, I should compulsory gave a money to them or no. Please inform me.
It all depends upon market value of entire property. Better you pay some extra amount and retain the corner. Your business will flourish. Do not enter into unnecessary litigation. If matter goes to court it will take much time.

If complex belongs to your father and if your father Alive as on in the Year 2005 then all of them have equal share over it.
If complex self acquired property of your Father then if he had made Will, Gift in favor of you then it is valid
