In transfer of civil suit from goa senior civil division court to Mumbai court transfer application would lie to which court? Mumbai High court under CPC s24 Supreme court unde CPC section25
you are seeking transfer from court of one state to court of another state. In such a case, you will have to approach Supreme Court. High court can not transfer the case from one state to another but can transfer cases within its jurisdiction.
