Previous owner is asking for money for rectification in sale deed

HI, i had purchased a property 2years ago from 2 people. now i found that the measurement needs to change and asked the prev owners. 1owner is agreed but another is demanding more money. if i go for declaration suit howlong it will take. pls suggest me
Any correction in the sale deed like measurement of the site requires amendment to the original sale deed. It had to be done by both the owners and the purchasers. If one of the owners is asking for money, you need to sit with him and compromise for least amount. Or otherwise, ignore the correction and continue to occupy the premises.

If another previous owner is not responding properly and demanding for the money don't ask him, he is now no way concerned to the land. Just the owner who has agreed is more than sufficient.
