i am in ITBP (central government) and my wife is in Delhi Police and having a baby girl of 7 months. I joined ITBP in 2013 in panchkula. this year I moved a application to my department to transfer me in Delhi as per DOPT Office Memo issued in 2009 posting of husband and wife at the same station. But my department transferred me to Bengaluru. as per govt. policy I should have been transfer in Delhi. It is, therefore, I want to file the case CAT.

You are a central government employee hence government can transfer you anywhere in India but as you say there is a notification in your favour you can rightly demand for the same. However you will have to file writ in Delhi high court for the relief as CAT has no jurisdiction in your case. For further advice you need to come to my office with all the supporting documents.
