Post Dated Birth Certificate what to do

I require an Indian post dated birth certificate. Born in Calcutta 1957, birth registered with British High Commission who issued birth cert. Birth not registered with KMC. December last year KMC did check, no record, issued with Non Availability Cert. Req court order,birth cert signed by magistrate. For OCI purpose in UK. Will travel to Kolkata to collect.
What do you need? You need a court order? Or you need a birth certificate signed by a magistrate. Please your query in itself is not complete. Have you given a written submission before the KMC? If yes, what's their response on that. Usually in these type of cases an affidavit before the magistrate suffice the need and on basis of the same affidavit you can obtain the certificate from KMC.

In this regard you have to file an affidavit before the first class magistrates stating the facts there in regarding your birth in Kolkata and non recording of the same in KMC records and praying for an order over KMC to issue birth certificate.
