Possible to have a deCree on a unregistered agreement before emergency

If the sale to agreement is unregistered but was formed before emergency and the degree was made from lok adalat after compromise from lok adalat, than is this degree invalid?
You can get the sale deed registered in the registrar's office with two witnesses. You will have to provide the decree granted by the lok adalat.
