Police seized my licence and i lost my slip proof what can i do now

Traffic poilce had seized my license three months ago for overspeeding and its 3 months validity is going to cpmplete this 10/07/2017,but the problem is the slip which is a prrof that my license is seized is lost so kindly help me outtell me what is procedure to get that slip copy or any other process regarding this problem?
Need not to worry as you can give an application to the concerned office or they may ask for an affidavit containing your true identity and the information that you have lost the License suspension slip. Please carry the photo copy and the original identity card (you may use aadhar,passport etc)

you have to approach to the traffic authority of that local area where your licence was seized. that traffic authority will help you in this case. the authority will only tell you where is the license. once you know about the same pay your Challan and file and appropriate application for release of licence.
